 Yurt Raising Event!
It is up! All went wonderful! Thanks to all of you who braved the trail and hand carried Yurt parts and then all pitched in to help! What a great time we all had!

White Mountain Yurts and Crown Point Alpaca Have teamed up to offer you a one of a kind vacation. Your chance to get away from it all.
Come and experience the simple life.

At Crown Point Alpaca Farm, at the Green Alpaca, we're dedicated to helping prospective alpaca farmers,as well as those who are already established to ensure a successful and rewarding future for themselves and their families. We want to help make your vision for the future become a reality.
For prospective alpaca farmers we offer:

A no cost close-up of daily alpaca farming --visit our friendly farm and work alongside us, or simply observe, to really get the feel of what alpaca farming is about. If you are considering
this, we offer a weekend stay in our back to earth Yurt. The Yurt is located high on a hill, overlooking woodlands and streams, and of course the alpacas.
As the sun sets in the evening you will hear the sounds of a Great Horned Owl,and the tree frogs.

For the Sustainable Fiber Farmer

Thinking of having just a couple of fiber animals? We can help set you up, and show you the cost benefits for you and your family.
Have your own supply of alpaca fleece, learn to spin alpaca, or mill it and make your own clothing. This can be a source of extra income at local fairs and farmers markets.
